His mom, Ollie, raised him from then on. He has 5 older siblings. Billie was born in 1972 and is the youngest of 6 children. His Dad died when he was 10 from lung cancer that spread through his body. And the last thing he ever bought Billie was his First guitar, Blue. Billie now has several replicers of Blue and uses it to this day. As soon as Billie could talk he would sing, he used to go to hospitals and sing to the patients in his spare time. Two years after his fathers Death his Mother re married a man that Billie and all His siblings hated. The first song that he ever wrote at the age of 14 was about his Mother and step father, and was called "Why do you want him?" (This is acorrding to the greenday authority, but his first song he wrote was at the age of 5, called looking for love, and he roecorded it at a local studio)  Billie met Mike at the age of ten in his school caferteria, and there first conversation was about writing a song. They then used to go to sleep over's at each others houses and play old heavy metal songs by groups  like Def Leapard. When Billie was 15 him, Mike and al sabrote formed the punk rock band "Sweet Children" Billie met his wife, Adrienne in 1990 and they married in 1994. There first son, Joseph was born in 1995, and there second son Jakob was born in 1998 Billie Joe and his Family now live in Berkely in Calafonia. Billie used to have a nose ring, but it kept on getting caught on his guitar so he had it taken out. He has 5 ear piercings and tatoos of the names of all the people in his close family.
